Space and equipment borrowing

1. Please go directly to the 5411R office (Mon-Fri 8:30~12:00 and 13:00~17:00)
2. If it is a long-term loan, please fill in the "Long-term Equipment Loan Form" and get the signature and consent of the instructor first.

Audio-Visual equipment borrowing

1. To register for studio use, please visit the office of Department 5411R. (Mon-Fri 8:30~12:00 and 13:00~17:00)
2. Please go to 5306R Equipment Room to check out and return video equipment.(Tuesday and Thursday 12:10~13:00)
