Dr. Yeh is a distinguished full-time university faculty member who serves as Secretary-General of the Taiwan Society for Convergence (TSC), specializing in digital governance research and industry liaison. His academic career is enriched by substantial practical experience in both the legal profession and telecommunications industry, providing him with a unique interdisciplinary perspective that bridges theory and practice.

Throughout his career, Yeh has maintained deep expertise in telecommunications and media policy, information and Internet law, and intellectual property protection. He teaches courses on information privacy law and intellectual property rights, sharing his practical knowledge with students while contributing to academic discourse in these critical areas. Over the past three years, Yeh’s research has focused specifically on artificial intelligence regulation and its impact on internet users and industries. This timely research has garnered support from Taiwan's National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), reflecting the significance of his work in addressing contemporary challenges in digital governance and AI policy.

Yeh's commitment to public service is evident through his extensive government advisory roles. He regularly serves as a committee member for various agencies, acts as a research project reviewer, and participates as a panel discussant and lecturer at official forums. His expertise is particularly valued in telecommunications policy matters, where his combined academic knowledge and industry experience provide crucial insights for policymakers. Currently, he oversees cable TV evaluation and license renewal reviews for the National Communications Commission (NCC) and provides specialized legal advisory services to government agencies on digital platform legislation amendments and internet governance policies.

Dr. Yeh earns his Master’s and Doctoral degrees from Indiana University Maurer School of Law between 2007-2010, where his research focused on the relationships between IP rights, online platforms and users.
